Application Guidance

To apply for a gift from the Andi Bull Cancer Trust, you must be aged between 13 and 30, live or are undergoing treatment in either the county of Northamptonshire or Leicestershire and have been diagnosed with cancer at least 6 weeks ago.

You can apply for a gift up to the value of £300 to help to distract you from medical treatment that you are undertaking. We have previously gifted items such as: magazine subscriptions, online language courses, craft/hobby items, games consoles and/or games, i-pods, cameras, and other IT equipment. We cannot however give money or gift vouchers. We can also part-fund equipment if the value exceeds £300, upon receipt of the balance. You cannot re-apply after a successful application for the minimum of 1 year.

Once the application has been received by the Andi Bull Cancer Trust, we will get back to you within 14 days. Assuming your application is valid and is approved, we will endeavor to deliver your gift to you within 30 days. In the unlikely event that the gift is unavoidably delayed, we will inform you as fully as possible and keep you updated as your application progresses.

Upon delivery of your gift we ask that you consider completing our feedback form (which will be included with the item) and return this to us by post. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can provide feedback online via our contact us page.

We welcome your comments to help us to improve our service. We may use your comments in promotion or publicity.

Whilst we try to grant all requests, if your application does not meet our criteria it will be rejected. If you feel your application has been unfairly treated, you can appeal. Please contact us to discuss this or to have a copy of our appeals procedure sent to you.
