About The Trust

The ABC Trust was conceived by Andi Bull after he received the news that he was destined to lose his fight against cancer. His aims for the trust were to help any young person between the ages of 13 to 30 who are suffering from cancer and undergoing prolonged treatment in Northamptonshire or Leicestershire or who live in one of those counties. He hoped that by providing them with a gift, it would help them to pass the time in hospital or at home, and also to help maintain contact with the outside world. He also wanted the trust to support the hospitals where he was treated by providing them with supplementary equipment to keep their young patients entertained.

Andi wanted to help other cancer patents going through a similar experience to have an improved standard of life whilst helping to keep his name alive. In addition to fundraising and supporting young cancer patents, the intention of the trust is to raise awareness about the need to donate blood and platelets which are essential when undergoing any major treatment.
